Here’s what Sunita says about the impact of Broward College on her life and path:
"I am proud to say that I am a first-generation graduate within my family. I attempted college after graduating high school in the year 2000. Upon entering college, I lacked motivation, self-discipline, confidence, and perseverance to continue the pursuit of my education. Throughout my life I endured multiple challenges, but despite these hurdles, I knew the completion of my degree was my ultimate goal. Today I stand empowered at age 40, with two teenage daughters, where I finally accomplished my goal of education attainment. Through mentoring, guidance, and great communication from the advisors at Broward College, I am proud to say, I am a BASc graduate as of December 2022!"
