Ackimo earned his A.A. at BC, his Bachelor's at Florida Atlantic University and his Master's at University of Phoenix. He currently works as an Assistant Principal for Broward County Public Schools. Especially during this pandemic, his goal alongside his coworkers is to enrich their students to learn and engage in the virtual classroom. He has worked with students for almost 20 years, with a mission to teach and educate young students to become great, productive citizens. He also is a proud member of PHI BETA SIGMA FRATERNITY, INC. "As an educator for BCPS for almost 20 years, and currently an Assistant Principal, I ensure every child receives a quality education, access to a mentor and a promising future."
